FINAL SCORE DETROIT 40, GREEN BAY 10
First Quarter:
In the first quarter, both teams went scoreless. Detroit's first drive looked like a sure touchdown, but Reggie Bush fumbled at Green Bay's 9 yard line. Eddie Lacy had a 20 yard run to move the Packers to the 30 yard line but after the, Green Bay had only 1 first down until they had to call the punter onto the field. Detroit then had a time-eating drive lasting to the end of the quarter
Second Quarter:
Stafford's pass went incomplete and they had to settle with a field goal. After the kick off, Green Bay put up the most impressive drive of the day going 20 yards and scoring the only offensive points, a field goal. After the touchback, Stafford fumbled the ball and Burnett took it back to the house for the only Green Bay touchdown.
When Detroit had another promising drive, it was ruined with another turnover. After a Green Bay three and out, Detroit drove 85 yards and ended with a 12 yard pass to Ross. The lackluster Packers offense once again went three and out and punted to Detroit. The Lions returned the punt to Green Bay's 35 yard line. This punt return set up Reggie Bush's 1 yard run for a touchdown. Green Bay then had a 20 second drive and gave the ball to Detroit who drove to the Green Bay 13 yard line only for Akers to miss a 31 yard line to end to half
First Half Analysis:
Until Detroit's last three drives, The Lions looked sloppy with two fumbles and an interception. Green Bay could not get a single decent offensive drive. Green Bay's only bright spot in this game was the fumble return for a touchdown. At the end of this half, it looked like Green Bay still had a chance for the win, only being down a touchdown. The Packers Defense could not stop the Lions run game. They had 100+ rushing yards going into the half. At the end of the half, Detroit is up 17-10.
Third Quarter:
After another three and out by the Packers, the Lions marched 42 yards to the Packers 20 and Stafford hooked up with Megatron for a 20 yard touchdown. The Packers get onto the field only for Flynn to fumble the ball. Luckily for the Packers, Stafford's pass intended for Calvin Johnson was intercepted by Sam Shields. Matt Flynn threw his only interception of the game. After an unsuccessful drive the Lions punt to the Packers 5 yard line. After a 3 yard sack, Suh tackled Flynn in the end zone for a touchback
Fourth Quarter:
The Lions broke away here and scored 2 touchdowns in the 4th quarter. The Lions open up the quarter with a rushing touchdown by Joique Bell. The Lions got the ball back and score with a 20 yard pass from Stafford to Kevin Ogletree
FINAL SCORE: LIONS WIN 40-10
Grades
Green Bay Packers: D
Green Bay played awful today. Matt Flynn completed 10 of his 20 passes for 139 yards and an interception. Eddie Lacy, coming off of a 110 yard game had only 16 rushing on 10 attempts. Packers had only 7 first downs and had the ball for only 19 minutes and 34 seconds. This team better hope Rodgers is back soon.
Detroit Lions: B
The Detroit Lions had a sloppy first half with two fumbles and an interception. David Akers missed a 31 yard field goal at the end of the half. After coming out of the half the Lions looked like a whole new team scoring 23 straight points. Reggie Bush was great in the rushing game and the receiving game with 117 rushing yards and a touchdown and 65 receiving yards.

Thanksgiving Game Preview
WEEK 13 THANKSGIVING DAY GAMES PREVIEW.
Green Bay Packers (5-5-1) at Detroit Lions (6-5)
Green Bay Packers (5-5-1) at Detroit Lions (6-5)
With Aaron Rodgers out this game with a collarbone injury, the Packers have been struggling not winning a game since week 8 against Minnesota. With the 2011 MVP injured, the defense has struggled also allowing 3 of the 4 teams played with out Rodgers have scored 20 or more points. Detroit on the other hand has had a disappointing season so far barely staying over .500 at 6 and 5. With a solid offense composed of the unstoppable duo of Megatron and Stafford, I would imagine the team would have won at least 7 games by now. Reggie Bush has been a nice edition to this Lions offense. Not only in the rushing game but in the receiving game as well with 383 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns. Bush has caught the ball the second most on the team, behind Megatron. The Lion's have many other weapons such as tight end/dancer Joseph Fauria with 11 catches and 6 touchdowns and controversial Ndamukong Suh.
With out Aaron Rodgers, the Packers can not win games. Matt Flynn is a good back-up but I do not think he is good enough to beat a team like the Lions. If the Lions can reduce their turnovers, and Stafford can make better decisions than last Sunday, then they should be well off today.
LIONS WIN 24-21
Oakland Raiders (4-7-0) at Dallas Cowboys (6-5-0)
The Raiders are struggling this season. Terrelle Pryor started off the season with big run plays but could not win games. Matt McGloin has started the last two games and won one of them. McGloin may be better than Pryor, but not as good as Romo. The Dallas Cowboys are once again, barely over .500. Romo may put up big numbers, but he doesn't win games. Dez Bryant is one of the best Receivers in the league, behind Calvin Johnson. Bryant is a good target and has caught the ball 61 times and has 831 yards with 8 touchdowns.
The Raiders may have found a future starter, but McGloin does not have the experience to beat the Cowboys.
COWBOYS WIN 35 TO 13
Pittsburgh Steelers (5-6-0) at Baltimore Ravens (5-6-0)
After losing the first 4 games of the season, we all thought the Steelers season would be doomed. Out of the bye week, the Steelers have won 5 of the 7 games losing to Oakland and New England. On a 3 game win streak, the Steelers are looking solid again. The reining Super Bowl Champs have not looked as good as last year especially the defense losing key players like Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. Joe Flacco has had a lackluster year throwing just as many interception as touchdowns and completes only 59 percent of his passes. After an injury early in the season, Ray Rice has not looked the same. He has rushed for 450 yards and 4 touchdowns this season. Rice is one of two starting running backs that average less than 3 yards a carry. Rice averages 2.9 yards per carry. Willis McGahee of Cleveland is the other starting running back with less than 3 yards per carry, averaging 2.6.
Pittsburgh has momentum going into this game with 3 wins in a row. Baltimore are a completely different team this year. This rivalry game should be a close one but should be low scoring. The Steelers average the 21st points in the league and the Ravens are 25th. The Steelers have one of the worst running games in the league and the Ravens are not any better. Both teams will rely heavily on the passing game.
STEELERS WIN 20 TO 13
GAME TO WATCH:
The Packers and Lions game should be an explosive game. The Lions offense are great and Megatron is a modern day Jerry Rice. The Packers will put up some great plays. Matt Flynn and Jordy Nelson will hook up for a few deep plays. If you want to watch a game, tune in at 12:30. This will be a good game,
